Totally a myth. You don't get acne just because you don’t wash your face correctly or frequently enough. Acne develops from a combo of 4 factors: clogged pores from shedding keratin/skin cells, sebum (over)production, bacteria and inflammation. So, while not washing your face certainly won’t help the problem, it’s not the sole cause of acne.
There are natural solutions for all these: exfoliating your skin regularly, using skin balancing masks like aloe vera targets sebum over-production and inflammation in one two-punch hit! As for bacteria? Wipe your phone and use your hands-free buds, stop touching your face, or touch your face only after washing your hands, use a microbial soap that cleanses. There are so many options! My serum combats all these four elements, just check out the ingredients list (Sorry, I wouldn't help the plug!).
